Dr. Daniel Hyman is a transformational health care leader who has served in executive roles improving the safety and quality of care at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, New York Presbyterian and Children’s Hospital Colorado. Dan spent the first 13 years of his career as a general pediatrician in primary care practice, then spent more than twenty years in a series of hospital leadership roles. He has had extensive involvement in a broad range of hospital based activities in addition to safety and quality programs, including accreditation, peer review and professionalism, policies and procedures, medical staff credentialing and related processes, and others.
